från imdb.coms sida om "X-men 3 the last stand" som jag inte sett än, men jag har läst originalserierna och såhär stod det om Psylocke:
Psylocke is Betsy Braddock. She is a mutant.
Elisabeth "Betsy" Braddock was born in and raised in England. Born in the small town of Maldon, Essex, Betsy and her brothers had a very privileged life.
She was later kidnapped by the other-dimensional television producer Mojo and his henchwoman, the six-armed, cyborg sorceress Spiral, and implanted with bionic eyes. Giving her the name "Psylocke", Mojo made her the star of the Wildways TV program.
Sabretooth invaded the mansion while the X-Men were away. Psylocke held her own against the deadly Sabretooth, keeping one step ahead of him until Storm and Wolverine arrived and kept Sabretooth locked in single combat. Psylocke took advantage of Sabretooth's distraction to read his mind and learn about Mister Sinister.
Jean Grey re-trained Betsy in the use of her telepathic powers. She also began a relationship with Warren Worthington III, the Angel.

tips: köp albumen "the essential x-men" 1, 2 och 3 som är de första årens samlade originalblaskor. de finns säkert på sci-fi bokhandeln. stan lee är den sämsta författaren och jobbade med sämsta tecknaren, så köp inte volym 1 såvida du inte är intresserad av hela konceptet (= ja bra du kan läsa snabbt så köpt 1an ändå!).

Fine att Claremonts run på X-Men är en av de bästa som någonsin gjorts, men den hade inte varit möjlig utan Stan Lee och Jack Kirby. De är den moderna seriens skapare.
Sedan så är det bättre att köpa dem på Lilla Torgs Seriemagasin där de troligen är billigare.
Sedan kan du fullkomligt strunta i att se X-Men: Last Stand som är den mest skrattretande usla seriehjätsfilm som gjorts. Vad har Hollywood emot Cyclops egentligen?!
